WHY CLASSICAL YOGA?
Classical Yoga has been practiced for over 5,000 years in India. The majority of western society has largely focused on the postures which is an essential tool but only one aspect of the whole. Asana, meaning seat, leads you to a more meditative state. Meditation enables self-awareness which provides the nuggets of wisdom needed for the path to self-love.
Self-realization is the focus of a genuine yogic practice. With this in mind, I view the abundance of proven benefits as wonderful side-effects. Through the combination of asana & attitude practice, guided meditation, breathing techniques and philosophy, you can experience the following & so much more:

YTT 200 hr certification at Wise Living Yoga Academy in Thailand, affiliated with The Yoga Institute in Mumbai, India, the worlds oldest organized Yoga Center founded in 1918
The International Meditation Center in Thailand, completed an intensive 14-day course under the guidance of the head monk practicing Vipassana (insight or inward-vision) meditation
I offer intuitively designed & highly personalized 1-on-1 sessions: 60 min, 90 min, 120 min sessions. A free consultation is included before your first session.
With every session, I will guide you through advanced tools & techniques to further your practice. I strive to give as much information for discovery & growth. Asana practice is a large component of my sessions. These poses aim to strengthen, open and relax your body and mind. However my focus is longevity & prevention of future injury rather than intensity. I only accept a limited amount of clients per month to ensure the highest quality and value in each session.
