CANCEL & RESCHEDULE: FULL TERMS
NOTE: These terms may change, please check back periodically.
5 DAYS BEFORE MEETING
THROUGH BOOKING SYSTEM
This will change to 7 days starting in May 2024
CANCELLATION: You may cancel and receive a full refund 5 days before the start of the meeting (minus original transaction fee). This can be done through the booking system, the link to cancel can be found at the bottom of the confirmation email. Once cancellation is confirmed, it may take up to 5-10 days for funds to settle into your account. (NEW: If you are booking a session in May 2024 and onwards, all sales will be final but you are welcome to reschedule through the system.)
RESCHEDULE: You may reschedule 5 days before the start of the meeting. This can be done through the booking system, the link to reschedule can be found at the bottom of the confirmation email. There may be a long wait for the next availability.
If you booked before December 31, 2023 and the session is scheduled after January 1, 2024, I will only be able to give you a 70% refund (I have already paid taxes on the transaction)

MANUAL CANCELLATION OR RESCHEDULE w/ a fee
48 HRS BEFORE MEETING
Notify me through email 48 hours before the meeting starts and you can receive a 50% refund or reschedule by covering a $45 fee. There may be a slight delay in my response but I will be able to see when you emailed me.
AFTER THIS WINDOW, THERE IS NO REFUND OR RESCHEDULING

Once partial refunds are manually processed, it may take up to 5-10 days for funds to settle into your account. For rescheduling, after we decide on a new date & time and you have paid the fee (use link below), I will manually send you a new calendar event with zoom link.
