We are messy ‘humans’ and we’re spending our lives trying to deny and hide it
or stick to a certain version of ourselves

The spiritual mask can do the most damage in this area
It can be one of the the hardest to see through
Because it’s secretly using very similar terms and words related to ‘freedom’ but it’s actually doing the exact opposite… keeping you tight, chained and restricted
It can directly resonate with being a ‘good boy or good girl’ that listens to authority
It makes you feel like you should be in control of the thoughts, emotions and reactions of the body
A great way to punish oneself for not ‘making progress’ in a non-existent timeline
You constantly doubt yourself, shame yourself
Never feel like you’re there yet
Never rested
Done with all the lies?
You are not your thoughts, feelings or actions
That’s not permission to hurt yourself or others, but it is permission to see things as they actually are
You are not defined by any of it
But there can still be moments where it bothers you in general and in this unraveling
That’s the truth and reality of this
When the ‘subconscious’ finally has more space to arise
Less of you is there to keep it hidden
It may look even messier than before

I lightly suggest you clear the whole day so you have plenty of time to digest and restore

These sessions will be recorded for your own private use, it may be helpful to rewatch at a later time. Our deepest challenges and wiring can come up layer by layer and have a familiar flavor. Therefore it can still be relevant for you later on. It will be sent to you the next day for download and deleted a week later. If you do not want it to be recorded, just let me know.

SCHEDULE OPTION B:
1.5hr session + 1hr break + 1.5hr session + 1hr break + 1hr session = 6hrs TOTAL
