From an early age, there has always been a deep longing for freedom.

It often expressed itself as an aversion to anything that seemingly tied me down but as I gradually turned inward and lost interest in the external world (at least for a while), I began to discover true freedom that isn’t dependent on anything phenomenal, including any emotional state nor a chatty mind.

I had found the source of true inner peace, unconditional love and fulfillment that had always been there but went unrecognized. It was beyond all the changing and yet was all of it at the same time. From this seeming shift in perception, I learned that it was possible to fully enjoy the beauty of life without needing anything to change. And that didn’t mean stopping the dance of life, it meant tapping into this deep inner knowing that all was well… in this moment… just as it is.

If fear was here, that was okay. If there was resistance to the fear, that’s just what was happening. If judgement toward the resistance was here, that was allowed. If joy was here, that was enjoyed. If fear of loosing the joy was here, that was noticed. Nothing is pushed away nor was anything held onto… Everything was free to come and go because that is the nature of reality and none of it is you.

I have travelled the world to find out for myself what teachings, methods and approaches could help me wake up to the truth. It’s been a long journey back home and I’m grateful for every bit of it. It has allowed me to understand the mind, the nature of reality, and the human condition in a coherent way in order to guide others to drop in and discover for themselves what it means to be at peace with themselves. With this comes the natural allowance of life to flow in whatever way it wishes to.

And if there’s ever an urge to donate that would be greatly appreciated but isn’t expected. I would still love to explore with you.
